In honor of my Grandfather Jack Capuano (59) and my Uncle Brian Capuano -April 15th, 2021 - (55) who both died due to an aortic dissection, I would like to give back to the hospital that has done so much for our family, while also contributing to their research on this genetic condition that will likely affect more of our family members in the future.
